How it works

  • Phone Consultation

    Call us in advance of listing your home for sale ─ it is never too soon to call.  The Edit Interiors team asks you about your ideal timeline for closing, the condition of your current home, and where you need the most assistance with those potential “problem areas” that buyers will notice.

  • In-person Appointment

    We walk through and perform a full review of your home ─ from its outside “curb appeal” and backyard to every interior space. We provide a comprehensive written report with an actionable plan that details improvements. These include everything from no-cost or low-cost tasks that can be completed swiftly to essential repairs ideally done by professionals, all with the end goal of maximizing your home’s appeal. We provide you with expert advice and help rectify any obstacles to a successful sale.


    We aim to work with the furniture and accessories you already have (if not outdated) so your listing photos are styled and uncluttered. When necessary, we facilitate and coordinate furniture rentals for an agreed-upon duration to create the desired look for today’s buyers. Typical furniture rental agreements are two or three months to ensure enough time to photograph, list, show, and close on a property.

  • Connection to Local Realtors®

    Our team will connect you with a top local agent if you haven’t already hired one. Listing your home on the Multiple Listing Service is not enough. You need a dedicated agent working as your advocate to promote the sale of your home, liaise with buyers’ agents, negotiate the final price, and be there to guide you through the entire closing process.

  • We welcome calls from Realtors®

    As a real estate agent, you are on the road at showings with clients, hosting open houses, fielding offers, negotiating terms, preparing CMAs, and coordinating numerous property transactions on any given day. Let the team at Edit Interiors help!  Once you secure a listing, we can work with your clients directly to prepare their homes for sale, saving you time and effort.
